Who we are

MaybeHome AI is the data controller for this website and the MaybeHome AI app under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

This website

This website does not use cookies and does not ask you for personal information. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, fingerprinting or tracking you across sites. Our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

The MaybeHome AI app

When you use the app, we process your account details, the properties you add, and the photos, recordings and notes you capture. We use them only to provide the service to you and your household:

• Photos, recordings and notes are private to your household and are never public.
• Draft impressions are visible only to you until you submit them.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• Analytics record app events and counts, never your photos, notes, transcripts, addresses or location.
• You can export your shared household content and delete your account and data from the app.

Our lawful basis is performance of our contract with you. Some processing, such as transcription and organising photos, is carried out by service providers acting on our instructions. We will list them here before the app launches.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your personal data, and object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
